Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

​This Shipping and Fulfillment Policy outlines the timeframes, costs, and methods for receiving your order from ToastDog and is subject to our full Merchant Terms and Conditions.

​1. Fulfillment Timeline and Delivery Estimates

​Since all ToastDog products, including custom and pre-designed apparel, are made to order, our timeline is split into two parts: a Fulfillment Time (to make and prepare the shirt) and a Shipping Time (for the carrier to deliver it).

1. Fulfillment (Printing & Quality Check) 5 to 10 Business Days This is the time required to print your custom or pre-designed t-shirt, cure the ink, and perform a final quality inspection before packaging.

2. Shipping (Transit Time) 4 to 7 Business Days This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package once it has left our facility.

Total Estimated Delivery Time 9 to 17 Business Days Please use this estimate for planning. This period excludes weekends and US national holidays.

2. Shipping Carriers and Costs

  • ​Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped using major U.S.-based carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The specific carrier used will be determined at the time of shipment.
  • ​Shipping Costs: We use a flat-rate shipping structure. The exact shipping cost will be clearly calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you submit your payment information.

​3. Shipping Tracking

​Once your order completes the fulfillment process (Section 1) and is handed over to the carrier, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation containing your tracking number. This tracking number will be specific to the carrier used for your shipment.

​4. Geographic Restrictions

​TOASTDOG MAINTAINS STRICT SHIPPING BOUNDARIES. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS: :

  • ​Service Area: We only ship to addresses within the Continental United States.
  • ​International Shipping: We do not ship outside of the United States, including territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).
  • ​P.O. Boxes: For security and tracking reasons associated with our carriers, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is a valid street address.

​5. Risk of Loss

​As stated in our Terms and Conditions, risk of loss and title for items purchased from ToastDog pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we will assist in resolving carrier issues, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has confirmed acceptance of the shipment.
